Reminds me very much to systemd-resolved.
but resolved has the ability to ask certain domains only on some networks, so that jour internal networks are not leaked to the outside.
If you need to use an internal DNS-server from kubernetes etc., you may add it to your network-settings. But then forget to remove it when leaving office/home and DNS-queries gets slow. This utility will send DNS-queries in parallel to servers you configure in `config.toml` and return a response or none found. Hope you find it useful.
